WIC Week 2023 Ends with Luncheon Celebration
We wrapped up the WIC Week Events with our 4th Annual Celebration Luncheon attended in-person and virtually by 75 of our teammates, tradespersons, and clients which was followed by a thought-provoking keynote presentation. Dr. Thomas RaShad Easley, Ed,D., from Mind Heart for Diversity Consulting gave us much to reflect upon with his message highlighting how Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the workplace (and in life) are beneficial to problem solving, innovation, teamwork, and interactions. He encouraged us to always – Speak with Honesty, Think with Sincerity, and Act with Integrity and to live by The Platinum Rule: “Do unto others as they would want done to them.” Now we will strive to put thoughts into actions!
