Mike Royce, Sr., CD & Associates, Safety Certification Achievements
CD & Associates’ Construction Safety and Health Specialist, Mike Royce, Sr., is being recognized for successfully passing two Board of Certified Safety Professionals’ (BCSP) exams; the construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) and the Safety Trained Supervisor in Construction (STSC) exam. The CHST is a nationally recognized third party certification for safety professionals practicing in the construction field and the STSC is a nationally recognized third party safety certification for those with construction supervision responsibility.
In the past twenty years, the responsibilities of safety professionals have expanded significantly and safety issues have become more complex; today’s safety professionals must be continually better qualified. BCSP credential holders are among the most highly trained, educated, and experienced individuals in the safety field.
Mike has been a safety professional with CD & Associates for over 4 years; prior to entering the safety field, Mike had over 30 years of operational and supervisory experience in the civil construction industry. Mike’s experience in the construction field includes public and private construction as well as heavy and highway projects.
