B850 2nd Floor Renovation

This 27,500 SF renovation is representative of Johnson and Johnson’s commitment toward Green Building by achieving LEED certification. The project required a total team integration of CD & Associates, Johnson and Johnson, Gensler Architects, Genesis Engineering, and the CA agent Precis Engineering in order to deliver an aesthetically pleasing space in a condensed design/build schedule.

Features of the space included open office workstations, sound proof phone booths, conference centers, restroom upgrades, all constructed to achieve LEED Certification. Highlights of the work included LED lighting, Infinium wall systems, white noise systems, and high recycled content material that currently serve as the baseline for all current WWE and WSO site standards in office space environments. Work was constructed in two phases to allow for a phased occupancy and minimize displacement of existing Johnson and Johnson personnel currently occupying the space.
